Starting in 2012, Dr. Tom worked for a practice in Freeport, Il. He has taken over 200 hours of continuing education on various topics such as: Invisalign, dental implants, braces, root canal therapies, occlusal rehabilitation, and many other advanced areas of dentistry. Dr. Tom transitioned into Dr. Charles Kallstrom's practice in Geneva in 2014 and then into Dr. Harry Krauspe's practice in Elburn in 2017. He constantly reinvests in his education and believes the first step in dentistry is to listen to the patient.
Dr. Tom has volunteered his time at the in St. Charles where he provided free dental care for the underserved. Dr. Tom has been active in the Boy Scouts of America community (he is an Eagle Scout with Gold Palms) and is a merit badge counselor for various merit badges, including dentistry.
